Temiño Ceniceros, Ignacio
- Education: Degree in Law by the University of Valladolid (1995), Business Law Degree by the University of Linz (Austria). Admitted in Madrid Bar. Official Patent and Trademark attorney. Degree in Computer Law by the University UNED. PhD student at the University of Valladolid. Adjunct professor of Mercantile Law at the University Carlos III of Madrid (2001-2005).
- Professional carreer: Ignacio has an extensive experience in Intellectual Property Law, specially in prosecution and litigation matters in Patent and Trademark Law. He has also a valuable knowledge and practice in Copyright, New Technology Law and Software Law. Ignacio is a frequent speaker at forums and seminars on his areas of expertise. He has also written various publications and articles, at national and international level, and is an active member of professional associations (IPO, INTA, ECTA, MARQUES, etc). Important international publications (i.e. Chambers, Legal 500, IP Luminaires, Who's Who legal) have appointed Ignacio as one of the most prominent lawyers in Intellectual Property in Spain. He is fluent in English and Spanish, and has knowledge of German, French, Dutch and Italian.
