The Protection of trademark rights in the European Union through Community Trademarks and International Trademarks.<\/p>\n

With the accession of Ireland to the Madrid Protocol on October 19, all of the 15 member countries of the European Union have already ratified the Madrid Agreement, the Madrid Protocol or both International Conventions that regulate the so-called International Trademark.<\/p>\n
