The following steps must be followed when processing the grant:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2825 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abrilabogados.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Imagen3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"376\" height=\"211\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">In addition to completing the corresponding application form, the VAT certificate, the company&#8217;s bank statement and a signed declaration from the SME must be provided (only if the application is submitted through a representative).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The most important thing to bear in mind is that the grant must be requested first and if it is granted, then the trademark, design, patent, etc. can be applied for.
