These often include fake certificates that appear legitimate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#x1f4e9; In recent years, scams have increased due to advancements in technology\u2014particularly AI\u2014and the availability of public databases listing IP applicants and right holders, which criminals exploit to automate and scale their fraud.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#x1f4b8; Despite ongoing efforts by Europol and official institutions to fight these scams and protect potential victims, it&#8217;s estimated that over \u20ac26 million have already been generated by these organized criminal networks.
