María Ballester

María has been a legal professional specialising in International Law since 2016.

She has experience in advising on and managing global trademark portfolios for leading clients, particularly in the international arena.

She joined Abril Abogados in 2022, and her practice focuses on foreign and international trademarks.

She holds a Law degree from the University of Valencia and completed a specialised Master’s degree in Intellectual Property, Industrial Property, Competition Law, and New Technologies at UNIR. In addition, she holds a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law and Investment from the Université Catholique de Lyon (France).
