Salvador Díaz

Salvador began his professional career in the field of Industrial Property in 1994 and has since developed his expertise across various specialised firms. He joined Abril Abogados in June 2001 and was appointed Partner in 2012, being responsible for the Valencian Community and the Balearic Islands.

He has been recognised as “Highly Recommended” in the Leaders League Ranking (2019) in the categories of Trade Marks & Copyright and Litigation Law Firms, and in 2021 in Trade Mark Prosecution, Trade Mark Litigation, and Patent Prosecution.

Also in 2021, he was named a Recommended Lawyer by the prestigious The Legal 500 EMEA and, in 2023, recognised by Best Lawyers. He is Coordinator of relations with Latin America, a member of INTA and ASIPI, and part of the ASIPI Pro Bono Committee.
