Raquel has experience in Industrial Property since 2002, gained at specialised firms as well as in the field of New Technologies. She began her professional career at Abril Abogados in 2008 and is responsible for the prosecution and defence of European Union trademarks for both domestic and international clients. Her work includes portfolio management, handling proceedings, negotiations, filing appeals, oppositions, and addressing objections in EU trademark matters.

Education and professional background

She holds a Law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid (1999). She completed a Legal Practice Course at Comillas Pontifical University (ICADE) in 2000 and a Master’s degree in New Technologies Law at Aliter International Business School (2002).
