The Mobile World Congress (MWC) will be held again in Barcelona from March 2nd to 5th, 2026.

This year, a similar protocol will also be in force from March 23rd to 26th, during ALIMENTARIA and HOSTELCO.
The Protocol will allow for the urgent and priority processing of preliminary proceedings, fact-finding investigations, protective letter, or precautionary measures based on IP rights.
In addition to this Protocol, the involved Courts will have the necessary measures in place to ensure the prompt enforcement of their rulings.
