Carlos has extensive experience in the drafting and prosecution of inventions at both national and international levels, as well as in expert witness work and the preparation of technical reports. He leads the Electronics, Mechanical, and Software practice area.

He holds a degree in Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports) from the Technical University of Madrid, with a specialisation in Hydraulic and Energy Engineering, and a Master’s degree in Project Management and Civil Engineering Project Management from the same university.
