Fernando has extensive experience in Industrial and Intellectual Property, as well as related areas such as Unfair Competition and Trade Secrets.

In his day-to-day practice, he combines the management of civil and criminal litigation with advisory work and the management of IP asset portfolios.

He regularly contributes to publications related to Industrial and Intellectual Property, is a member of AIPPI, and has been recognised in leading legal directories such as WTR, IAM Patent, and Leaders League.

Education and professional background

He holds a Law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid (2003) and is a qualified lawyer admitted to the Madrid Bar Association.

He also completed an Advanced Course in Intellectual Property at Comillas Pontifical University (ICADE), Madrid (2004).
