Legal defence in procedures before the Spanish Data Protection Authority

At Abril Abogados, we defend the interests of our clients in all judicial proceedings related to the protection of personal data or sanctioning before the Data Protection Authority and administrative jurisdictions. In this case, our work consists of the defense of the client during the beginning of the sanctioning procedure and throughout the process, until its termination, with the aim of obtaining the termination of the procedure, the cancellation of the sanction imposed or, eventually, reducing the amount of the sanction as much as possible.
