The trademark renewal is due ten years after the application date for subsequent 10 year periods. Abril Abogados is obviously offering the renewal services.

In this respect we analyze case by case assessing the client from a legal point of view as to the need of renewing the mark or, given the case, the convenience of not doing so i.e. if the logo has become obsolete, the mark is already covered by other registrations or if there is lack of use.
