Right to Privacy to Honor and Self Image

The fundamental right to honor, to personal and family privacy and to the image itself, guaranteed in article eighteen of the Constitution, will be protected civilly against any kind of illegitimate interference, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5th.
