Filing Oppositions

As soon as it is detected a new application which may be similar enough so that it can potentially create confusion with a client’s mark, we provide the client with an opposition proposal offering our legal assessment regarding the chances of success.

Depending on the case, we may suggest the possibility of initiating negotiation with the applicant so that the new application limits or entirely withdraws its confusingly similar application saving costs and long proceedings.
