In this area, our activity not only consists in the drafting of the written description of the invention and its drawings, but in a close collaboration between the responsible of the client and the inventor, if necessary.

Once the description and the content of the invention have been approved, we proceed with the patent application acting as legal representatives.

The application date will be key to the future of the patent since it constitutes the priority date which will be the reference for the purposes of assessing novelty and inventive step.
