Right of Rectification

We should not confuse the right of rectification with the right of rectification regulated by the Organic Law of Data Protection. This right belongs to any natural or legal person, by which he has the right to rectify the information disseminated by any means of social communication, facts that allude to him, which he considers inaccurate and whose disclosure may cause him harm.

The application of this right requires that from Abril Abogados we act quickly in coordination with our clients since this right must be exercised within extremely short time frames.
