As a consequence of the approval of the new “brand” extension, the Trademark Clearinghouse has been created. It is a global centralized database for trademark holders in any country in the world that warns of new domain applications that potentially endanger the trademark.

Therefore, we consider highly advisable that at least the core mark is registered in the Trademark Clearinghouse so that we can monitor and prepare for any future conflicts involving domain names. This way, we will be able to advise you on the recovery or cancellation through the different channels (via URS and / or UDRP).
