Mobile Apps

A time now, mobile applications have become everyday tools for each Smartphone user. Of course, these applications must comply with both data protection and Information Society regulations, just as if it were a web page.

Specifically, a mobile app (App) must comply at least the terms of use that must be accepted prior to downloading the App itself. From our New Technologies department, we analyze the application to be downloaded in order to develop in detail its Conditions of use that will be accepted by users.

When, because of the App, personal data will be collected we would perform an analysis on the way in which the App will collect the personal data of both users and potential third parties (social networks). In the same way, information regarding the installation of cookies must be provided through the App and when electronic commerce is conducted through the App, the General Conditions of Contracting for the electronic commerce must be included through the App.
